Catching crayfish season isn’t over yet!

This time, the DANUBEcare team had extra support, Roberto Gonzáles Garoz, a PhD student at the Complutense University of Madrid who visited the Institute of Food Technology through the EIT Food RIS Fellowships programme, joined our efforts. Together with DANUBEcare team members, Dr. Aleksandar Bajić and Miloš Županjac, Roberto helped collect the invasive spiny-cheek crayfish. Thanks to teamwork and shared dedication, DANUBEcare team continue the mission to protect the river ecosystem and raise awareness about the impact of invasive species.
