Innovation in action: DANUBEcare at FoodTech 2024

The DANUBEcare team participated in the 5th International Congress “Food Technology, Quality and Safety – FoodTech 2024,” held in Novi Sad from October 16 to 18. The congress was organized by the Institute of Food Technology in Novi Sad and brought together researchers and experts from around the world to discuss the latest advancements in food and feed science.

Inspired by the congress motto, “Science Today, Technology Tomorrow,” DANUBEcare team members Dr. Nevena Hromiš, Dr. Zorica Tomičić, Dr. Jasmina Lazarević, and Miloš Županjac presented engaging posters showcasing their latest research findings and highlighting the potential of innovative solutions to address global food challenges.
