Dr. Ivana Čabarkapa is a principal research fellow at the Institute of Food Technology in Novi Sad. Ivana has a respectable experience in the research field of food safety confirmed through holding a Ph.D. and specialization (University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Technology Novi Sad) in that area, which makes her qualified for the safety of newly developed products. Her background in biology (the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Sciences, Department of Biology and Ecology), allows her multidisciplinarity and comprehensive understanding and resolving of the problems presented by the DANUBEcare project. As a passionate nature lover, she was the person who brought the idea of the DANUBEcare project.
