DANUBEcare Presented at the Science Fund Promotion Event

The DANUBEcare project participated in a promotional event organized by the Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia at the Science and Technology Park Novi Sad on 13 May, showcasing scientific projects that foster collaboration between science and industry.

During the event, the DANUBEcare team presented its innovative approach to the sustainable utilization of the invasive spiny-cheek crayfish (Faxonius limosus), demonstrating how this species can be transformed into valuable products for food, animal feed, and other sustainable applications.

The event provided an excellent opportunity to promote the project’s results, exchange knowledge, and strengthen connections between the scientific community and industry.
